To manage, protect, develop and restore the Nez Perce Tribe’s surface and ground water resources and watershed environments in the treaty-reserved homelands for the benefit, health, culture and welfare of the tribal public.
Water Resources Division functions are defined as activities associated with the stated mission. There are currently eight division functions (Water Quantity Management, Water Quality Management, Utility Services Development, Economic Development Support, Off-Reservation Water Resources Management, Communication and Coordination, Community Participation in Water Resources Management and Administration) identified by the Water Resources staff.
